A simple guided fault check for basic electrical issues. If anything looks unsafe, stop immediately and call a licensed electrician.
Quick Fault Finder
This does not replace a licensed electrician. It is a basic first pass to help identify whether an RCD, circuit breaker or local outage may be involved.
Is the RCD tripped?
Check your safety switch or RCD. Has it tripped and moved to the off position?
Unplug appliances
Unplug appliances on the affected circuit, then try resetting the RCD.
If the RCD will not reset, leave it off and call Atomic for support.
Is a circuit breaker tripped?
Check if any circuit breakers are in the off position.
Fault isolated
The appliance or circuit may be the issue. Keep the affected item unplugged and arrange electrical testing.
Call support
The fault may need licensed electrical diagnosis. Leave the affected circuit off and contact Atomic.
Check outage
If no breakers or RCDs are tripped, check for a local power outage. If there is no outage, call Atomic.
